"Eighteen months. The time the agave needed."
The Añejo rests six months beyond the legal minimum for the category. That extra time is not arbitrary: it is what French oak requires to enter into full dialogue with the agave of Amatitán and reach genuine balance.
The result is a high-table tequila: brilliant gold, complex on the nose, long on the palate. To be drunk neat, in a glass, with the patience it deserves.
